3. Look for the "Career Training Loan" and click "Apply Now"
4. Select Louisiana (LA)
5. On the next page World's Only Tattoo School is not on the list. Scroll down and click on "School Not Listed Here"
6. Then fill out the Application. Use Jessica Pogue as your contact person and the school code is 600860.
